2025 Chenin Blanc
The grapes for our 2025 Chenin Blanc come from Lawrence Vineyard's - Corfu Crossing Vineyard on the Royal Slope AVA. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented and aged neutral French oak barrels. Aged 6 months “sur lie” in barrels, with no stirring. Fermented with native yeast and bacteria. Bottled un-fined (no additives to clean or stabilize the wine) and unfiltered. Minimal SO2 added.
