2025 Orangensaft - Riesling

The grapes for our 2025 Orangensaft - Riesling come from Dick Mesa Vineyard on the Rocky Reach AVA, near Entiat WA.  Fermented 100% whole-cluster, 14 days skins/stems contact.  Aged 6 months in a Vin et Terre sandstone tank and stainless steel tank.  Fermented with native yeast and bacteria.  Bottled un-fined (no additives to clean or stabilize the wine) and unfiltered.  Minimal SO2 added.
